By accessing or using Lyvoriia ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy & Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

2. Description of service

Lyvoriia is an AI-powered platform that generates lifestyle and luxury-themed images from photos uploaded by users. Output images are synthetic and intended for entertainment, social media, and personal creative use.

We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee that any particular style, pose, or background will be produced.

3. User accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Lyvoriia. If you are under 18, you may only use the service under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Lyvoriia to:

• Generate illegal, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or sexually explicit content.
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity.
• Create or distribute deepfakes used to deceive, defraud, or harm others.
• Upload photos of minors without parental consent.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the service infrastructure.
• Resell credits or access to the platform without authorization.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

5. Payments, credits, and subscriptions

Lyvoriia offers one-time credit packs and subscription plans. Prices are displayed before checkout and may change at any time. All payments are processed securely by Stripe.

Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value. Unused credits expire according to the terms shown at purchase.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account page. Cancellation stops future charges; it does not refund the current billing period.

6. Refund policy

Because image generation is a digital service, all sales are generally final. We may issue refunds at our sole discretion if technical issues prevented delivery or if the output was materially defective. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase.

7. Intellectual property and license

You retain ownership of the photos you upload. By uploading, you grant us a limited license to process them for the purpose of generating images.

You own the AI-generated images created with your account and may use them for personal or commercial purposes, subject to applicable laws and platform terms of third-party services where you share them.

Lyvoriia's brand, code, and platform design remain our exclusive property.

8. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, specific results, or that outputs will be accurate, appropriate, or suitable for your intended use.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lyvoriia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the service.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing law
